GBA Board

The Board of Directors is responsible for defining GBA’s strategic priorities, supporting key initiatives, and representing the association in dialogue with authorities, partners, and the wider business community.

• Provides strategic leadership and direction for the association
• Represents members’ interests and engages in high-level dialogue with government authorities and key stakeholders
• Oversees the operations of the GBA through its Executive Director and approves the annual budget
• Supports the development of high-quality events, networking platforms, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Contributes expertise to ensure strong governance, compliance, and sustainable organizational growth

• Represent GBA at regional business events, networking activities, and meetings with authorities and partners
• Provide local insights and strategic input; support development of regional activities
• Support organization and coordination of GBA events with members and stakeholders
• Engage and support members in the region, fostering connections and participation
• Maintain regular alignment with GBA team through periodic updates and coordination

Honorary Members are distinguished individuals who have made significant contributions to the German business community in Vietnam. They also serve on the Disciplinary Committee, which is exclusively responsible for mediating and resolving disputes related to GBA membership and operations.
