Each year, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) elects a Board of Directors composed of leading entrepreneurs and executives from the German–Vietnamese business community. Board members are Corporate Representatives of Ordinary Corporate Members or Ordinary Individual Members and serve on an honorary basis.
The Board sets the strategic direction of the German Business Association, represents members’ interests, and strengthens German–Vietnamese business relations through active engagement with key stakeholders. It also guides the development of GBA’s core activities and ensures the association delivers sustainable value to its members.
