Trang Pham is Senior Manager of Industrial Business Development at Core5 Vietnam, focusing on industrial real estate development and manufacturing investment in Vietnam. She previously held senior roles as Director of Leasing and Business Development at Emergent Vietnam and Head of Sales for the EU and U.S. markets at DEEP C Industrial Zones, where she worked closely with international manufacturing companies and institutional investors, including involvement in the development of VSIP projects in Hai Phong.
Trang has ten years of professional experience in Vietnam’s industrial real estate sector, advising and supporting foreign direct investment (FDI) clients across various manufacturing industries throughout their site selection, establishment, and expansion phases in Vietnam.
Born in Hai Phong, she spent more than ten years overseas in Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Australia for education and professional development. Trang holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Deakin University, Australia. Her international background and strong understanding of both European business practices and the Vietnamese market support her role in facilitating cooperation between German companies and Vietnam’s industrial ecosystem.
