GBA Board

Each year, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) appoints a new Board of Directors, composed of leading entrepreneurs and executives from the German-Vietnamese business community. Board members are either Corporate Representatives of Ordinary Corporate Members or Ordinary Individual Members. The Board of Directors sets the strategic direction for the German Business Association and actively engages in high-level dialogues with the government.

The Board:

• Communicates directly with relevant authorities to ensure favorable conditions for trade and investment between Germany and Vietnam.
• Manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the association through its executive director.
• Establishes the budget.
