The investor is Fresenius Medical Care Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (FME BmbH), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of Germany and holding its Company Registration No. HRB 3938. Its office is registered at Else-Kröner-Strasse 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v.d.H., Germany.
The total Investment Capital of the Company is USD 2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand United States Dollars. FME Vietnam’s scope of business is described as below:
•    Implementing the importation and distribution rights of medical equipment and devices and relevant medical consumables for extracorporeal treatment of blood and peritoneal dialysis, including but not limited to hemodialysis machines, dialysers and related disposable products; and
