Within the framework of the China+ 1 strategy, Vietnam is receiving more and more attention from German companies as a potential location for supply chain diversification. The entry into force of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act on January 1^st, 2023, in turn poses new challenges for German companies that want to source here in Vietnam.

In order to support German companies in the implementation of this law, our purpose is to raise awareness and offer training for local suppliers based on this law.

On February 17^th, 2023, we will organize an introduction event about this law for Vietnamese companies with the aim to motivate Vietnamese suppliers to take on that responsibility and to accelerate their business with German companies.

The Vietnamese companies will certainly look forward to and appreciate an exchange with your company at the event. Herewith, we’d like to invite you to join our roundtable to discuss on relevant opportunities and risks for both Vietnamese suppliers and German companies in complying with this law in Vietnam.
