To provide our members with a comprehensive understanding of the province’s offerings, AHK Vietnam in collaboration with GBA are organizing a delegation visit to Hai Phong and Thai Binh Province, scheduled for two days from 27 to 28 June 2023.

The German Delegation Visits Hai Phong and Thai Binh Province

Location: Hai Phong and Thai Binh Province

Participants: Representatives of national and provincial authorities, representatives of German Embassy, representative of AHK Vietnam, representatives of GBA, German-invested enterprises in Vietnam; local companies and associations.

Key Content:
i. Feedback exchanges from the German-invested companies in the Northern Vietnam with the provincial People’s Committee;
ii. Proposals to improve the investment environment, remove difficulties and support enterprises;
iii. Potential new German companies that may be interested in learning more for future investments.

About VinFast Hai Phong  

VinFast automobile factory was built in a 365 hectares area in Cat Hai Island, Hai Phong province. The company assembled talent from multiple established companies and sourced European design, engineering, and production technology partners. Furthermore, VinFast has become the first OEM factory in Viet Nam with Technology from Germany.
