The AGM 2025 will be held in a hybrid format, simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, featuring a high-level agenda followed by a buffet dinner.

***The meetings in the two cities will be virtually connected through a seamless video link.

• This is a member-only event, and admission is free. Registration is compulsory.
• Registration Deadline: By 10 AM, Monday, 20 January 2025.
• LE Corporate Members can register for up to four (4) participants, SME Corporate Members for up to two (2) participants.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding the Board Election:

• The voting procedure will be online. An e-voting access link will be provided to pre-registered Ordinary Members.
• Any Ordinary Member who is unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint another Ordinary Member to act on their behalf by proxy. All proxies must be written on the form (download here) and signed by the Corporate Representative or the Ordinary Individual Member.
• Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
• One voting Ordinary Member may hold up to a maximum of five (5) proxies, plus the one deriving from their own membership.
• The election will strictly follow the statutes of the German Business Association in compliance with Article 6.
• Proxy Deadline: Please send the proxy to email maianh@gba-vietnam.org by 1 PM, Friday, 17 January 2025.

***Note: According to Article 8.2 (e) in the GBA statutes, please notify in writing your proposals, suggestions, or amendments at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
