A few times a year, the whole Europe-Vietnam business community ends up in the same room. Belgians, Luxembourgers, Europeans, Asians, Vietnamese, and everyone else who works in between. Around 150 guests: company owners, managers, diplomats, people who arrived in Vietnam last month, and people who arrived in 1998.
