EUROCHAM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022 (EuroCham AGM)

Dear Members,

The EuroCham Annual General Meeting 2022 (EuroCham AGM) is coming soon next Thursday, 17 March 2022.

Your GBA membership is directly linked to the membership in EuroCham and you should make use of the opportunity, to shape the future development of EuroCham.

As largest financial contributor to the EuroCham, we as GBA want to have a strong voice to ensure that the interests of our members are properly represented.

There are several representatives of Ordinary Corporate Members of the GBA, who will apply for the election of the EuroCham Executive Committee and we count on your support for those candidates.

The meeting will take place simultaneously in:

• Ho Chi Minh City: Sofitel Saigon Plaza, 17 Le Duan Boulevard, District 1; and
• Hanoi: Pan Pacific, 1 Thanh Nien Street, Ba Dinh District.

Attendance Fee: free of charge (members exclusive)

1. Membership fee
Please note that only members having paid in full their membership dues for 2022 (by 5:00PM, Thursday 10 March 2022) will have voting rights and can stand for election. Kindly contact the GBA office directly for clarification via email nga@gba-vietnam.org or Tel: (84) (28) 3823 97 72.

2. Registration and Proxies

Please register and indicate which city you would attend this AGM to Ms Mai Anh at maianh@gba-vietnam.org.

In case you cannot personally attend the meeting, please fill in the Proxy form download here>>> and return to us latest by 4 PM, Thursday 10 March 2022.

(*)Note:

• Proxy Form can be submitted directly to the GBA office or to the EuroCham offices indicated in the proxy form template.
• Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
• One voting Ordinary Member may hold only up to a maximum of ten (10) proxies plus the one deriving from her/his own membership.
• Persons owning more than 01 membership may hold only up to a maximum of ten (10) proxies plus those deriving from her/his own memberships.
