Protrade International Tech Park (former name Ascendas-Protrade Singapore Tech Park) was established in 2007 between Binh Duong Manufacturing-Import-Export Corporation (Protrade)-a State-owned Enterprise- and its partner- Ascendas Company from Singapore. Since December 2016, Protrade Corporation acquired the entire stake from Ascendas and has developed the project to be one of successful green industrial park developers in Binh Duong Province. With the total area of the 500 ha, PITP is offering a wide selection of products including Prepared Land Parcels, Ready Built Facilities and Built-To-Suit Facilities.
