Reason Holdings, Inc. operates mainly in the areas of “Digital Advertising”, “Mobile Gaming” “Food Tech”, “Media Entertainment” and “Web 3.0”. We are expanding our business fields through both in-house development and investment, and now we have more than 10 group companies in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. In Vietnam, we seek investment opportunities to companies which are expected to have synergies with our core business or companies which expected to grow significantly in the future regardless of their business domain.

Our core business areas are;

・Digital Advertising:
As an advertising agency specializing in e-book and application fields, we provide a one-stop service that includes media purchase, creative production, operation, and development of ad delivery systems. We are also conducting the promotion of our group’s companies through the Internet and TV advertising.

・Mobile Gaming
We plan, develop, and operate about 10 games. We are are currently developing several new titles, utilizing a major Japanese IP, with a view to global expansion.

・Food Tech
We are developing and operating “menu,” a delivery and takeout app. Launched in 2019, it is currently a joint venture with KDDI, Japan’s leading telecommunications group, and aims to become the No. 1 delivery service in Japan.

・Media Entertainment
We are producing a major YouTube channel collaborated with a prominent TV producers. We continue to create new contents for the future.

・Web 3.0
We established a Singapore subsidiary in 2022 to develop new business related to Web3 and block chain.
