Minh Duong, an Australian national, Christian Schaefer, a German national and Ross Macleod, a Scottish national, head Asia Counsel’s corporate and commercial practice. Minh has worked in Vietnam for more than 11 years, previously working for a well-known international law firm in the country. Christian has worked in Vietnam for 16 years, previously heading the Vietnam M&A and corporate practice of one of the largest law firms in the world. Ross is a Scottish qualified lawyer with extensive experience in M&A and commercial transactions in the UK and Vietnam across a broad range of industries. Ross has also worked with numerous international clients on the development of renewable energy projects.
