HCMC, 26 October – The workshop “Unlock Sustainability Success through Business Modelling, Product Development, and Marketing” organized by GBA attracted 20 members from a diverse range of business backgrounds at the modern Bayer Vietnam’s office space. The three speakers shared their experience, best practices and concepts for implementing sustainability successfully within businesses of different sizes. During lively discussions, the participants came up with their very own sustainability business models, products and storylines while keeping focus on truthful and relevant communication for different stakeholders.
The workshop showed: No-nonsense, sincere communication is key – PR jargon and fancy marketing campaigns will fail if there is no real, fact-based story behind them. If your sustainable product or solution is very tech-focused, you may need to put some extra effort in getting across your sustainability message to different audiences. Active and continuous exchange with all stakeholders within your organization enables relevant communication at the right level – not too many details, but also not too little; not overstating but also not omitting.
