The German Business Association (GBA) with almost 400 members has been one of the first foreign business associations in the country, starting its activities since 1995. Over 29 years, GBA has been the center point of German business life, culture, and values in Vietnam. It helps German and Vietnamese businesses in developing their operations, advises on a wide range of topics, and creates opportunities for business and social exchange in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Evening hours may be required.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling multiple tasks set out by managers from several departments: event, marketing/ communications, membership and administration.
- Any other supportive tasks as assigned by the management.
Skills and Specifications
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Be used to Microsoft Office applications.
- Hardworking – Pay attention to details – Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail-orientated with strong administration skills.
- Standards driven with the desire to succeed and operate successful events.
- Digital savvy – comfortable with social media.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.
