This morning (8 February), GBA Board Member / EuroCham Vietnam Delegate Mr. Alexander Ziehe had an interview with VTV4 regarding the Vietnamese enterprises participating in the supply chain of FDI enterprises. In this interview, he underlined the opportunities for Vietnamese companies to participate in supply chain of foreign and global companies. There is a clear trend to diversify supply chains and Vietnam can benefit significantly from it. To be successful, he encouraged Vietnamese companies to understand the needs of foreign companies and collaborate with them to improve quality, stability, and processes. Foreign companies on the other hand will need to understand the local situation deeply to support their Vietnamese partners during this journey. Mr. Ziehe also stressed the importance of sustainability for the long-term profitable growth of companies.
