In line with the GBA 2026 Strategy and our ongoing efforts to strengthen engagement with members and partners across Vietnam, the German Business Association (GBA) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new regional representatives in Northern Vietnam.
Alongside the GBA Board of Directors, regional representatives support the association’s activities in key locations across the country. Their role is to foster closer engagement with members and the development of the German business community in Vietnam. We are pleased to introduce our newly appointed GBA Representatives for Hanoi and Hai Phong:
GBA Representative in Hanoi, Mr. Lutz Christoph Koch, Managing Director Hanoi of RÖDL Vietnam
Lutz Christoph Koch is Managing Director of Rödl Vietnam and a German-qualified Attorney-at-Law as well as a Foreign Registered Lawyer in Vietnam. With more than 15 years of experience across Europe and Southeast Asia, he specializes in corporate structuring and international trade law. Since joining Rödl Vietnam in 2017, Lutz has been advising foreign investors with integrated legal, tax, and accounting solutions, supporting international businesses in navigating Vietnam’s regulatory and investment landscape.

GBA Representative in Hai Phong, Ms. Tiffany Trang Pham, Senior Business Development Manager of Core5 Vietnam
Tiffany Trang Pham is Senior Manager of Industrial Business Development at Core5 Vietnam, specializing in industrial real estate development and manufacturing investment in Vietnam. With a decade of experience supporting foreign direct investment across manufacturing sectors, she has worked closely with international investors in site selection and expansion projects. Born in Hai Phong and internationally educated, Trang brings strong insight into both European business practices and Vietnam’s industrial ecosystem.
