On Wednesday, 13 August 2025, the German Business Association (GBA), in collaboration with The New Leaders, hosted an insightful and highly interactive Members for Members Workshop at Techcombank Saigon Tower, welcoming around 70 participants from across our business community.
The session, titled “Manipulate” Behavior for Good Using Emotional Intelligence (EQ), challenged traditional perceptions of influence and leadership. Rather than focusing on manipulation in its negative sense, the workshop explored how empathy, trust, and authentic connection can shape behavior for positive and ethical outcomes.

Beyond the learning, the workshop served as a networking platform where members exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and built connections that extend beyond the event.
