On July 18, the German Business Association (GBA) hosted an insightful workshop at Bayer Vietnam’s office, titled “Building Momentum for Startups”. Co-hosted by Fidinam Vietnam and Ivy+Partners, this dynamic workshop aimed to equip participants with essential practical tools and skills to navigate every stage of a startup’s journey. The workshop featured two keynote speakers Ms. Francesca Severoni from Fidinam Vietnam, and Ms. Ivy Nhi Chau from Ivy+Partners.
Key Highlights:
- Understanding the Vietnamese Startup Ecosystem: Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the local startup landscape, including opportunities and challenges. They also learned about the various support systems available, including government initiatives, incubators, and accelerators.
- Momentum Program: The speakers introduced Fidinam and Ivy+Partners’ comprehensive full-service advisory service, the Momentum Program, which supports startups through each phase of growth. The program offers tailored advice and resources, from initial business planning to scaling operations both locally and internationally.
- Practical Application of the 5W1H Framework: The workshop emphasized the importance of the 5W1H framework (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How) in addressing specific business needs. Participants engaged in hands-on activities to apply this framework to their own startup challenges, fostering a practical understanding of its utility.
The workshop concluded with a dynamic panel discussion, featuring highly engaged audience participation. This interactive session allowed attendees to delve deeper into the topics discussed and gain personalized insights.
