HCMC, April 11 – The German Business Association (GBA) warmly welcomed 37 new members during an engaging New Member Onboarding session at Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City. This quarterly event marked a dynamic start for new members joining the GBA community. The session was graced by the presence of GBA Chairman Mr. Alexander Ziehe, GBA Vice-Chairman Mr. Martin Koerner, GBA Board Member Mr. Jan-Christian Koldehoff, and Chief Representative of AHK Vietnam, Mr. Peter Kompalla.
In his address, Chairman Mr. Ziehe provided a comprehensive overview of the GBA’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities in Vietnam. He emphasized the association’s dedication to strengthening German-Vietnamese economic ties, advocating for the interests of GBA members, and building meaningful partnerships across sectors.
The agenda also highlighted the benefits of GBA membership, with a special focus on the added value of dual membership with EuroCham Vietnam and close cooperation with AHK Vietnam, part of the global AHK network.
The session concluded with a networking opportunity, encouraging engagement among new members and highlighting GBA’s dedication to building a strong, active community.
