On 3 October 2025, EuroCham, in collaboration with GBA, successfully organized an excursion to the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, welcoming more than 40 participants representing various sectors, with the presence of key guests including:

‣ Mr. Alexander Ziehe, Chairman of GBA.
‣ Mr. Nguyen Cong Tien, Deputy Director of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park & Industrial Zone Authority
‣ Mr. Park Ji Hoon – KP Aerospace Vietnam
✨ The program featured an introduction by the Da Nang Economic Zone Authority, a showcase from KP Aerospace Vietnam, and a factory tour of aerospace part production for Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner. Participants engaged in Q&A sessions on VAT, customs, renewable energy, logistics, and disaster resilience.
✨ Key takeaways highlighted Da Nang’s strategic location and multimodal logistics, attractive tax and free trade zone (FTZ) incentives, strong foreign direct investment (FDI) momentum with success stories like KP Aerospace, a skilled local workforce, and a future-oriented focus on sustainability and green energy.
This excursion provided participants with first-hand exposure to one of Central Vietnam’s most dynamic high-tech hubs, reinforcing Da Nang’s role as a regional center for innovation, aerospace, and sustainable industries.
