HCMC, June 20 – The German Business Association (GBA) successfully hosted a workshop “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – Case Studies in Practice” at Bayer Vietnam’s office, drawing an impressive crowd of 70 attendees from various industries. The event underscored the vital role of DEI in the workplace, with compelling evidence showing that diverse and inclusive teams are 50% more likely to outperform their peers.
The workshop provided invaluable insights into the impact of DEI on organizational success, sharing best practices and case studies from leading companies. Attendees learned about the positive effects of DEI initiatives and discussed ways to adapt and apply these principles to their specific business environments.
The event featured case studies from Bosch, Bayer, and DIGI-TEXX Vietnam, with presentations by Ms. Anh Tran, Mr. Giang Le, and Ms. Diep Nguyen. A panel discussion was hosted by Ms. Minh Nguyen, including the General Consul of Germany Dr. Josefine Walla, Mr. Dominik Meichle, and Mr. Ingo Brandenburg.
