Ho Chi Minh City, 18 August 2022 – Mr. Marko Walde, Chief Representative of AHK Vietnam/ GBA Board member and our Board member Mr. Tuan Vi had a meeting with the delegation Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr, together with the representatives of the German Embassy in Hanoi and the German General Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City at the GBA and AHK office (Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City). It was a fruitful discussion on the role of Germany’s economy and business in Vietnam and in the region; also to align the visions of all parties to coordinate and facilitate a productive cooperation in the future.
The three focused areas were discussed about:
– Exchanges and insights about the current and future business landscape in Vietnam from AHK and German manufacturer perspectives.
– Challenges and potentials to set-up a business in Vietnam.
– Vietnam’s economic growth and reasons for its fast acceleration.
