GBA Oktoberfest 2025 Raises the First Stein in Ho Chi Minh City

HCMC, October 9 – The GBA Oktoberfest 2025 officially opened last night at Hotel Nikko Saigon, marking the grand finale of this year’s Oktoberfest journey after vibrant celebrations with more than 6,000 attendees for 4 days in Hanoi and Danang.

Nearly 1,500 guests raised their steins as Ho Chi Minh City came alive with our very own unique Oktoberfest in Vietnam, recreating the authentic atmosphere of Munich’s massive beer halls. The evening was filled with savory German cuisine, premium Erdinger beers, and an electric party mood led by the Austria-based Ozapft Band and a dynamic DJ show.

This year’s celebration also marked the 30th anniversary of the German Business Association (GBA), honored by the presence of Ms. Andrea Sühl, Consul General of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as government officials and representatives of international chambers.

Reflecting on the occasion, Ms. Andrea Sühl shared: “It is wonderful to see Vietnamese and Germans celebrating together and building bridges between our cultures. As we commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Germany and Vietnam, this year’s Oktoberfest carries even greater significance.”

More than a beer festival, the GBA Oktoberfest continues to symbolize German–Vietnamese cultural exchange, business cooperation, and community spirit. With tickets for October 10 and October 11, promising more unforgettable nights of music, food, and friendship.

Prost to 30 years of GBA and to another successful Oktoberfest season!
