The last GBA Monthly Business Meeting in 2020 at Park Hyatt Saigon was a special one for many reasons:
The top 5 teams of the GBA Business Challenge were invited to pitch and we welcomed young, creative and ambitious teams from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang. Our meeting participants asked many questions on their business models and finally voted for the winners. Congratulations Futuristic Microalgae, Farmer2Producer and Upcycling Circle!

We’ve then had the pleasure to hear Lars Jankowfsky, founder of NFQ Asia and experienced Interim Manager on the chances of crisis and the ability to change.
A standard agenda point at the format is also the welcoming of our new GBA members, who are invited to introduce themselves to the GBA community on stage.
Welcome, Cerafiltec, InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort and The Executive Center!
We got into the right Christmas spirit with original German mulled wine, prepared by Parkhaus Saigon, another new GBA Member.
Last but not least, two GBA board members had a very special moment:
Dr. Oliver Massmann, GBA board member for over 16 years was awarded for being the longest standing board member in the GBA history.
GBA board member Michael Krutil, who was very involved in the planning of the GBA 25-years anniversary as well as the GBA Biergarten bid his farewell – he will relocate to Germany with his family.
