GBA Monthly Business Meeting: Economic Outlook Vietnam 2023
Ho Chi Minh City, 06 March 2023 – The GBA Monthly Business Meeting in March took place successfully at Park Hyatt Saigon with a record-breaking number of over 80 offline and 20 online participants. Mr. Andre de Jong, Regional Business Unit Head 2-Wheeler & Powersports ASEAN of Bosch Vietnam | GBA Board Member chaired the meeting together with the two keynote speakers: Mr. Huynh Buu Quang, Country Chief Officer of Deutsche Bank Vietnam and Mr. Michael Kokalari, Chief Economist of VinaCapital.
The two speakers covered the whole session with a holistic sketch about the 2023 economic outlook in Vietnam and detailed insights into the general overview of key-indicators and special focus on exchange rate impact and the fundamentally healthy real estate market in Vietnam. The insightful presentations from our keynote speakers provided new perspectives that generated thought-provoking and lively discussions among our participants.
