Cambodia, 15 August 2025 – The German Business Association (GBA) took further steps to expand regional economic cooperation, fostering shared interests in developing business and cultural ties between Vietnam, Germany, and Cambodia, following our successful business delegation to Cambodia in 2024.
GBA Chairman Mr. Alexander Ziehe held talks with the German Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Stefan Messerer, reaffirming a shared commitment to fostering closer bilateral and regional business relations.
During the meeting, both sides explored opportunities to deepen collaboration in trade, investment, and sustainable development. Discussions highlighted the potential for German businesses to contribute expertise, technology, and innovation to support sustainable growth in both markets.
Vietnam and Cambodia share a strategic position in Southeast Asia’s economic landscape. By working together, they can unlock new opportunities for German enterprises and regional partners alike.
As a longstanding advocate for German businesses in Vietnam, the GBA continues to serve as a bridge for meaningful dialogue and long-term partnerships in the region.
