• Development of bilateral economic relations between Bavaria and Vietnam in sustainable energy efficient construction and design for small and medium sized non industrial buildings
• Learning from the approved European Passive House Standard and adjust it to tropical regions

1. work out of the key issues and demands in tropical regions
2. define the USP (Unique Selling Point)
3. figure out the potential market
4. address developer, architects and investors to invest in a show house project
5. agree to establish a demonstration building as a lighthouse object of the country
