Vietnam ICT Summit has been held annually since 2011, providing a high level forum where top leaders from ICT industry and high ranking officers from central and provincial governments meet and discuss on how to transform Vietnam into a strong nation in IT and a modernized country empowered by IT. The Summit annually delivers the message about policies, technology, recommendations to the Communist Party, the Government, management agencies and business community, the society in order to promote application and development.

This year, Vietnam ICT Summit 2019 is going to be held on August 8th at Melia Hotel, Hanoi and is expected to welcome nearly 1000 delegates from Vietnam and overseas. H.E. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of Vietnam will attend and deliver the important speech at the Grand Opening Ceremony. With the theme: “Digital Transformation towards a prosperous Vietnam“, aiming to call for action consensus of Agencies, Ministries, Departments, Communities, Businesses and the whole society for the National Digital Transformation project, this is considered the Summit of action, where big enterprises commit to act for the National Digital Transformation. Topics discussed in the Summit include:

•        Developing Artificial Intelligence Vietnam   
•        Digital transformation for the State agencies
•        Digital transformation for enterprises

Aside from the main activities of the Summit, there are a number of interesting side-events such as ICT Best Practices Exhibition, Business matching, Vietnam ICT Golf Open… which will create plenty of opportunities for business cooperation aside the official agenda.
