1. Annual development of Compensation & Benefits in Vietnam
Ms. Nguyen Vu Khanh An, Senior Consultant of Mercer Remuneration Surveys & HR Consulting, Talentnet Corporation
Ms Nguyen Vu Khanh An is Senior Consultant in Talentnet, a partner of Mercer in Vietnam. Mercer is a leading global HR Consulting firm, with 22,000 colleagues worldwide and working with more than 140 markets around the world. In Vietnam, Talentnet has offered Mercer’s services such as Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) and HR consulting services. The TRS has been considered the biggest and most reliable salary survey in Vietnam since 1999.
Published in September annually, the results from Vietnam TRS has been a valuable input for the Human Resources plan of companies operating in Vietnam, both MNC and local. The presentation will highlight the key trends of the market, including salary increase, short term incentive, hiring trend, benefits trend, etc…

Mr. Andrew Currie, Founder Partner and Managing Director of OUT-2 Design
Andrew Currie is the Founder Partner and Managing Director of OUT-2 Design, a leading Workplace Consulting and Design Practice with offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Since 2013, four out of the top five offices voted ‘the best places to work in Vietnam’ have been created by OUT-2 Design. Andrew and his team work with firms of all sizes and backgrounds to create leading workplace environments that enable greater effectiveness, more innovative and better staff wellbeing.
Andrew’s presentation will discuss what it takes to create a best-practice workplace in Vietnam. Using different case studies, Andrew will address the opportunities, costs, risks and how to manage the change process to make it successful.
