It is our great pleasure to announce that we, the GBA and GIC/AHK Vietnam, are hosting our first German Job Fair in Vietnam on Saturday, 24th October 2015 at Hoa Lu Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City. The Alumniportal Deutschland will support the GBA and GIC/AHK Vietnam in this event.

In view of the free trade agreement between the EU and Vietnam, the Vietnamese economy is expected to face high growth as well as an increase in demand for skilled labor. More than 1000 students are expected to participate in this exhibition, we therefore strongly believe that the German Job Fair 2015 will be a great platform to strengthen employer brand awareness, build up a potential talent pool and offer excellent business networking opportunities for German firms. This is also a great opportunity for us to share the beauty in German culture to students via various activities such as German food testing, “Torwand” games etc. This exhibition is taking place during the 40th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Vietnam and Germany. We are expecting the German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier as our special guest.
