1.    Connectivity and Infrastructure in Asia

Mr Tobias M. Gruemmer, Area Head of Delivery, Maersk Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos

Mr. Tobias Gruemmer is an accomplished leader with extensive executive management experience in both mature and emerging markets. Absolutely passionate about logistics and with a successful track record in both general management as well as functional roles across regions.

Tobias will share his view on the state of affairs on connectivity and infrastructure in Asia, with special focus on the Mekong region.

2.    Port infrastructure Vietnam

Nguyen Xuan Ky – Deputy General Director & Chief Commercial Officer, Cai Mep International Terminal and Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of Directors of Port of Hai Phong

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ky is responsible for the day-to-day management and commercial activities of Cai Mep International Terminal, which was being shortlisted for Terminal of the Year Lloyds List Asia Award 2016. He has in depth experience across whole Vietnam and will share his insights into Vietnam port infrastructure.

3. Update on Visa Procedure

Mr Gregor Fiedler, Head of the Visa Section, German Consulate General Ho Chi Minh City
Mr. Fiedler will give a brief overview over the visa procedure, taking into account the newly established Visa Application Centres in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang, and will be ready to answer attendees’ questions.

An open Q&A-session with our guests gives you the opportunity to ask and argue.

5.    Introduction of new members

Here new members have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their company activities and businesses. There is a screen for short presentations available. Please let us know if you want to have a slot on our Monthly Business Meeting in order to organize.
