GBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026 IN HANOI & HO CHI MINH CITY

Join us as we reflect on the GBA’s activities and achievements in 2025 to present strategic priorities for the year ahead, and to conduct the election of the GBA Board of Directors for 2026. The event will be held in a hybrid format, simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, featuring a high-level agenda followed by a buffet dinner.

The GBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a member-exclusive assembly where the Association’s leadership, direction, and governance matters are formally presented and discussed. This event will take place in a hybrid format, enabling members to participate either in person, in Hanoi and in Ho Chi Minh City, or virtually via a seamless live connection between both venues. Your participation is vital for our collective success!

• This is a member-only event, and admission is free. Registration is compulsory.
• Registration Deadline: By 10 AM, Monday, 26 January 2026.
• LE Corporate Members can register for up to four (4) participants, SME Corporate Members for up to two (2) participants.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding the Board Election:

• The voting procedure will be online. An e-voting access link will be provided to pre-registered Ordinary Members.
• Any Ordinary Member who is unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint another Ordinary Member to act on their behalf by proxy. All proxies must be written on the form (download here) and signed by the Corporate Representative or the Ordinary Individual Member.
• Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
• One voting Ordinary Member may hold up to a maximum of five (5) proxies, plus the one deriving from their own membership.
• The election will strictly follow the statutes of the German Business Association in compliance with Article 6.
• Proxy Deadline: Please send the proxy to email maianh@gba-vietnam.org by 4 PM, Friday, 23 January 2026.

***Note: According to Article 8.2 (e) in the GBA statutes, please notify in writing your proposals, suggestions, or amendments at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
