Ho Chi Minh City, Friday 17 February – AHK Vietnam in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center successfully hosted the seminar about how to enhance the Vietnamese company’s competitiveness in the global supply chains by complying with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, short: #LkSG ). Mr. Thanh Tuan Vi, German Business Association – GBA Board Member / Schaeffler Head of Supply Chain Planning & Design Asia Pacific joined the discussion as one of the keynote speakers. He stated: “The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, can be a challenge for Vietnamese suppliers, but I see it as a great opportunity for growths. As complying to the new law means also to be ready for the future, and German companies are here to support with those new regulations.”
