Ho Chi Minh City, 17 November 2022 – On behalf of German Business Association – GBA, GBA Board Member/ Chief Representative of AHK Vietnam – Delegation of the German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam Mr. Marko Walde attended the dialogue between the Department of Industry and Trade Ho Chi Minh City (#DoIT) and the Foreign Business Associations in Vietnam.
Discussion points:
- Implement Decision No. 2166/QD-UBND dated June 27th, 2022 of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on authorization to carry out procedures for granting, adjusting, and extending licenses of Associations/Chambers in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Receive and answer questions and propose solutions to remove the Associations’/Chambers’ difficulties (paperwork related to the association’s activities, work permits, procedure for applying for a seal, etc.);
- Discuss contents, measures, and mechanisms for cooperation in production and commerce development between Associations/Chambers and Domestic Associations.
HCMC, ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 2022 – Thay mặt Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp Đức tại Việt Nam (GBA), ông Marko Walde, Thành viên Hội đồng Quản trị GBA / Trưởng đại diện Phòng Công nghiệp và Thương mại Đức tại Việt Nam (AHK Vietnam) đã tham dự buổi đối thoại giữa Sở Công Thương Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và các Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp nước ngoài (HHDNNN) tại Việt Nam.
Nội dung thảo luận:
- Triển khai thực hiện Quyết định số 2166/QĐ-UBND ngày 27/6/2022 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, về ủy quyền thực hiện thủ tục cấp, điều chỉnh, gia hạn Giấy phép thành lập HHDNNN tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;
- Tiếp nhận, giải đáp và đề xuất tháo gỡ các vướng mắc của Hiệp hội (thủ tục giấy tờ hoạt động của các hiệp hội nước ngoài; giấy phép sử dụng lao động nước ngoài; thủ tục xin cấp con dấu..)
- Thảo luận các nội dung, biện pháp, cơ chế hợp tác phát triển sản xuất, giao thương giữa các HHDNNN và các Hiệp hội, Hội ngành nghề trong nước.
