HCMC, 31 August – On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, GBA Vice-Chairman Mr. Martin Koerner was honored to be invited to a cozy reception hosted by the HCMC People’s Committee, the HCMC People’s Council, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
