[Recap] GBA Oktoberfest Danang 2026 - Press Conference

The countdown to GBA Oktoberfest Da Nang 2026 officially began on 21 August 2026, as the German Business Association (GBA) hosted its press conference at Furama Resort Danang. The event welcomed more than 40 guests, including media representatives, sponsors, partners, GBA members, and friends of the German business community, offering an exciting preview of this year’s celebration in Central Vietnam.

Celebrating German–Vietnamese Connections

The press conference was honoured by the presence of H.E. Andrea Maria Sühl, Consul General of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City, highlighting the strong and enduring ties between Germany and Vietnam.

GBA Chairman Mr. Alexander Ziehe, Mr. Andre Pierre Gentzsch, GBA Central Representative and General Manager of Furama Resort Danang, GBA Vice Chairman and AHK Deputy Chief Delegate Mr. Bjoern Koslowski, together with GBA Board Members, Representatives, and distinguished guests from the business community, also joined the event.

The gathering highlighted the role of GBA Oktoberfest not only as a celebration of German culture and traditions, but also as a platform for bringing businesses and communities together.

A Taste of Oktoberfest in Da Nang

Following the press conference, guests enjoyed an authentic taste of Oktoberfest, featuring refreshing beverages, traditional culinary delights, German hospitality, and lively networking.

The festive gathering offered a first glimpse of the experience awaiting guests at GBA Oktoberfest Da Nang 2026, which will return to Furama Resort Danang this October.
