In line with previous years, we would like to conduct a greener, more environmentally friendly voting procedure that involves more digital tools. As little paper as possible shall be printed.
*Please note that only members having paid in full their membership dues for 2026 (by 5 PM, Thursday, 12th March 2026) will have voting rights and can stand for election.
- In Ho Chi Minh City: Sofitel Saigon Plaza, 17 Le Duan, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC.
- In Hanoi: Sofitel Legend Metropole, 15 Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi.
We are calling for your support to vote for our GBA representatives to the 2026 EuroCham’s Board of Directors. This secures a strong presence on the EuroCham Board to strengthen the role of GBA businesses in the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
- Alexander Götz, General Manager of Fischer ASIA
- Erick Contreras, Managing Director of BASF Vietnam
- Torben Minko, Managing Director of B.Braun Vietnam
As a valued member of the German Business Association (GBA), your participation in the upcoming EGM and AGM is highly appreciated. Your vote plays an important role in ensuring strong representation of GBA within EuroCham Vietnam’s governance structure.
We kindly encourage you to register and attend the meeting to exercise your voting rights.
Should you be unable to participate, we respectfully request that you complete the proxy form here>>> and send it to our GBA office team at email no later than 4 PM, Thursday, 23 March 2026. This will help ensure that your vote continues to support the GBA’s representation at the AGM.
Further details on the voting procedures can be found here>>>. Please note that ll votes will be conducted through an e-voting procedure.
- You can submit the Proxy Form directly to the GBA office or to the EuroCham offices indicated in the proxy form template.
- Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.
- Individuals assigning a proxy vote to another Ordinary Member will be unable to cast their votes, regardless of whether they attend in person or participate online.
- For voting purposes, the appointment of a proxy means that your proxy will be able to cast all votes for all Board of Directors nominees on your behalf. Therefore, we suggest that if you wish your proxy to vote for specified nominees, you should advise your proxy to do so prior to the AGM.
- One voting Ordinary Member may hold only up to a maximum of ten (10) proxies plus the one deriving from her/his own membership, as per the Board of Directors’ decision of 1st December 2016.
- All proxies must be assigned; blank proxies will be null and void.
- Blank proxies received by EuroCham from Business Association members up to this deadline will be referred back to Business Association to ensure the proxy is assigned. EuroCham will contact direct members. It is the assignee’s responsibility to check with the person they are giving the proxy to that their proxy limit has not been reached.
