Building Stronger Bridges: GBA at Ho Chi Minh City’s 2025 FDI Enterprise Conference

On October 30, 2025, the German Business Association (GBA) proudly participated in the Conference on Meeting between Ho Chi Minh City Leaders and the FDI Enterprise Community 2025, an annual event hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and organized by the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC).

The conference, chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, was held under the theme “Ho Chi Minh City – A Mega City for Sustainable Development and New Opportunities.” The event served as a vital platform for dialogue between city leaders and the foreign business community, fostering stronger partnerships and mutual understanding to advance the city’s sustainable growth agenda.

The event was attended by Mr. Christopher Scholl – Deputy Consul General of German; representing the German Business Association (GBA), Mr. Erick Contreras – Board Member, and Mr. Max Rummert – GBA Treasurer, together with Mr. Peter Kompalla – Chief Representative of AHK Vietnam – Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam.
