Get to know the newest additions to our GBA office team:
Ms. Ha Pham – Business Development Executive for Northern & Central Vietnam
Ha joined the GBA team in 2025 after two years of working in the nonprofit sector in Vietnam, where she successfully managed events and communications. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston and having experience across sectors and continents, she brings an international outlook and a well-rounded communication skill set. At GBA, she is involved in event planning, media relations, and membership management, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-profile events and timely communication with members. Her attention to detail and cross-cultural communication skills support GBA’s mission to expand member engagement and deliver high-quality events in Northern and Central Vietnam. Ha plays a key role in strengthening the Association’s presence in both regions by coordinating communications, building connections, and bringing more relevant activities to members in these growing local communities.
Ms. Quynh Pham – Senior Marketing & Communications Executive
Quynh brings over five years of experience in integrated marketing communications, having held senior positions at leading corporations including Techcombank, Home Credit, and Anfin. As a Senior MarCom Executive at GBA, she is responsible for developing content strategy, designing communication plans, monitoring the performance of digital channels, and producing impactful materials to support GBA’s major events and brand campaigns. She collaborates with media partners, supports strategic partnerships, and ensures that GBA’s messaging remains consistent, professional, and engaging. Her background in digital and performance marketing strengthens the team’s ability to expand the reach and effectiveness of GBA’s communications. Quynh’s expertise and strategic mindset are instrumental in amplifying GBA’s presence and its connection with members and external stakeholders.
Ms. Uyen Phan – Marketing & Communications Executive
Uyen has been a familiar face at GBA for some time, having supported various projects before officially joining as a Marketing & Communications Executive in early 2025. With a background in Business English and Corporate Communications, she is responsible for developing and curating content across channels, managing the distribution of the monthly AHK/GBA newsletters, and coordinating with stakeholders to implement the overall GBA MarCom strategy. In her role, Uyen also oversees GBA’s brand identity and visual design, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all platforms and materials. She actively promotes GBA events and fosters engagement with both members and partners. Uyen also contributed to the visibility and outreach of the Business Challenge 2023 and the GBA Business Awards 2024, the two milestone initiatives that achieved record engagement and significantly strengthened GBA’s brand presence. Her creativity, precision, and dedication continue to reinforce GBA’s influence within the business community.
Ms. Van Tran – Event Coordinator
Van began her journey with GBA as a Project Support in 2024 and officially joined the GBA office team as an Event Coordinator in July 2025. As a core member of the Event Team, she manages the full spectrum of event logistics, from registration and supplier coordination to guest support and post-event reporting. With a strong background in Management Information Systems and previous leadership roles in student and career-oriented clubs, Van brings excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Her dedication helps ensure that GBA’s events, from business meetings and networking sessions to Family Day and Oktoberfest 2024, run smoothly and professionally. Through her work, Van contributes directly to enhancing the member experience and maintaining the high standards of GBA’s event execution.
As the GBA celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025, the expansion of its team marks an exciting milestone and a strong step forward in its mission to support the German business community in Vietnam.
