HCMC, October 18, the German Business Association (GBA), in collaboration with Allianz Partners, celebrated Women’s Day in Vietnam with the GBA Members for Members workshop, “Total Leadership: Be a Better Leader, Have a Richer Life”. The event brought together 30 participants for enriching discussions on personal development, leadership, and equity.
The event kicked off with an engaging discussion on becoming the best version of oneself. This was followed by an interactive session focused on personal growth and the core values of leadership. The event concluded with valuable insights on promoting wellness and equity in leadership, emphasizing the importance of well-being in driving effective and inclusive leadership practices.
