On Tuesday, 6th of August 2019 Nguyen Xuan Phuc hosted a reception for Horst Geicke, Chairman of the Deutsches Haus & for Horst Pudwill, Chairman of Techtronic Industries (TTI) and Co-Chairman of Deutsches Haus.
Horst Pudwill presented his planned project-development for a 650 Mill. USD project in the Saigon High-Tech Park which focuses on manufacturing and R&D for smart power tools.
Horst Geicke proposed investing over 22 Mill. USD with funding and support of the German parliament to build a “German Education Campus” including the International German School Ho Chi Minh City (IGS) up to 600 students & a German Vocational Training Center to get highly skilled for the future in Vietnam & Germany.
In addition and due to the success of the award-winning premium office-building Deutsches Haus, Horst Geicke proposed a 2nd German House becoming a “German Innovation Hub” to start-up and accelerate high-tech companies & the latest technologies.
