This cooperation agreement significantly reduces financial, reputational and operational risks for the GBA. Before the agreement with Hotel Nikko Saigon, all contracts with all involved suppliers, partners, sponsors, service providers and last not least Vietnamese local state authorities were signed by the GBA.
