The GBA excursion to FPT Software Ho Chi Minh was a successful event that took place on September 21, 2023 with 80 participants. The event was co-hosted by FPT Software, GBA and VuiApp, and aimed to explore the first software campus in Ho Chi Minh City and discover the role of technologies in improving HR management and employee experience for modern businesses.
The event started with a tour around F-Town which is in line with the model used at some of the biggest technology companies in the world such as Google, Facebook, IBM, etc. With an outstanding growth, F-Town 3 was officially opened in November 2019, alongside F-Town 1 & 2. F-Town 3 was designed with modern facilities, health-protecting solar panels that block up to 80% of UV rays, and massive green space to utitlize natural light and save energy.
The event continued with a workshop “Digital HR Transformation” that featured two keynote speakers: Mr. Dao Duy Cuong, Chief Digital & Technology Officer of FPT Software, and Mr. Dung Dang, Co-founder & CEO of Nano Technologies. They shared their insights and experiences on how technology can empower labour welfare and enhance employee engagement. The participants also learned about FPT Software’s innovative solutions for HR management and employee experience improvement, as well as the company’s capabilities in digital transformation.
The event ended with a networking session where the participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and connect with each other. The event was well-received by the participants, who expressed their appreciation and interest in the topics discussed. The event also strengthened the collaboration and partnership between GBA and our members FPT Software and VuiApp.
