GBA Excursion: Kitchen Tour and Business Class Menu Tasting with Qatar Airways
Ho Chi Minh City, Wednesday, 7 September – Following the success of our first excursion, we organized the second excursion to Vietnam Airlines Caterers Ltd. (VACS) – Qatar Airways’ local catering partner at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. It was an unique experience for GBA members to explore how all the Qatar Airways’ inflight meals are prepared and catered before the flight from Ho Chi Minh City to different countries over the world. With the palettes and passion of the world’s best chefs, all participants are served with the Charles Heidsieck’s Brut Réserve & Taittinger Prestige Rosé and an exclusive lunch featuring their Business Class inflight menu.

Each meal is prepared with an elite list of wines and champagnes, chosen by Qatar’s international wine masters, who meet bi-annually in Frankfurt to blind-test and select the finest vintages from around the globe.
