André de Jong | Managing Director of BOSCH Vietnam
Mr. André de Jong brings nearly three decades of international leadership experience with Bosch and over 15 years of living and working in the ASEAN region, including Vietnam and Cambodia. Throughout his career, he has actively supported German and European business communities across Southeast Asia.
He has previously served as Co-founder and Board Member of the German Myanmar Business Association in coordination with AHK Myanmar, as well as Board Member and Treasurer of EuroCham Cambodia. In addition, he chaired the Real Estate and Construction (RECC) Working Group of EuroCham Cambodia, leading advocacy efforts and organizing forums and industry events. From 2021 to 2023, Mr. de Jong was a Board Member of the German Business Association (GBA) in Vietnam.
Within Bosch, Mr. de Jong has held various international roles across six countries during his 29-year career. Since 2018, he has been responsible for two-wheeler components and electrification for the ASEAN region, and since November 2024, he has also assumed the role of Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam.
Following a change in professional direction that allowed him to extend his tenure in Vietnam, Mr. de Jong is keen to rejoin the GBA Board for the 2026 term. He looks forward to continuing his active contribution to the German and European business community in Vietnam. He currently also serves on the EuroCham Board, a role he intends to maintain to further represent German companies within the broader European business network.
