Belong to the world leading group in nutrition, health and wellness, Nestlé Vietnam’s purpose is to unclock the power of food to enhance the quality of life for everyone, today and the generations to come.

Driven by our values rooted in respect, we work alongside partners to create shared value – contributing to society while ensuring the long-term success of our business. We call this Creating Shared Value and embed it in everything we do. Individuals and families, our communities and the planet are the three impact groups. Our efforts in each of these areas are supported through our public commitments that will in term enable us to meet our ambitions for 2030 in line with the timescale of the UN’s SDGs.

At Nestlé, we believe that sustainable development is not enough and we may intervene to conserve and restore the ecosystem, thereby maintaining the regeneration of the nature, contributing actively to the efforts to tackle climate change and steward natural resources for the future. This is our new stretch zone beyond sustainability in order to accelerate our sustainability promises.

Established in 1995, Nestlé Vietnam currently employs about 2,300 employees and creates more than 10,000 indirect jobs alongside its supply chain and the Farmer Connect Program in sustainable coffee production. The company is running 4 factories and 2 distribution centers. Through a joint venture with Long An province, Nestlé also operates 2 factories of La Vie products.

On average, Nestlé Vietnam injects average 700 million dollar per year to the rural economy through coffee buying. Besides, the company has deployed a project to support sustainable cultivation and rejuveration techniques with more than 300,000 training sessions for coffee farmers in the Central Highlands.
