From 15 February 2021, Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP, which regulates the legal framework for foreign work employees in Vietnam as well as the recruitment of Vietnamese workers for a foreign company, come into effect. Specifically, the guidance on work permit extension is explicitly addressed under Section 5 of Decree 152 (from Article 16 to Article 19) and has raised many questions from you.
