Flashback: Last NextGenTreff with Thanh Thien Dang
At our recent meetup, we were delighted to host Thanh Thien Dang, Data Analytics Manager at Unilever Vietnam. Thien shared invaluable insights drawn from his extensive international career, spanning Germany, the US, Spain, and Vietnam.

He effectively illustrated the cultural nuances across these countries by using the “The Culture Map” framework. This provided our attendees with a practical framework they can apply to their own future international collaborations.

Thien also introduced the fear-setting model and the box breathing technique, offering practical tools for personal and professional development. He concluded his talk with insightful advice specifically tailored for young professionals.
