Dear valuable members,
With the most of the existing German investments in central Vietnam are located in the greater Da Nang province, we, the German Business Association (GBA) in collaboration with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam), are organizing a dialogue with the authorities of Quang Nam province and Da Nang city, to explore the economic potential and investment advantages in this area. We will also address the current issues that GBA members have raised with us and propose any possible solutions directly to the local authorities to improve its investment environment.
You are invited to engage in this constructive dialogue with the following details:
Meeting with The Authorities of Quang Nam Province and Da Nang City
Date: Friday, 23 June 2023 | Time: 9 AM – 5 PM
Location: Quang Nam & Da Nang People’s Committee Headquarters
Participants:
Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) and Leaders of the authorities; GBA Board members; German-invested enterprises in Vietnam; and large foreign corporations.
Key Content:
(i) Feedback exchanges from the German-invested companies in Quang Nam province and Da Nang with the provincial People’s Committee;
(ii) Proposals to improve the investment environment, remove difficulties and support enterprises;
(iii) Potential new German companies that may be interested in learning more for future investments.
Agenda:
• 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Departure from Danang to Quang Nam
• 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Meeting with Quang Nam’s PPC and the province leaders
• 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Departure from Quang Nam to Da Nang
• 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch
• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Meeting with Danang’s PPC and the city leaders
• 5:00 PM: Closing

The meeting is exclusive for GBA members and only 2 representatives from each company are allowed to join this meeting. Registration will be on a first come – first served basis due to the limited capacity.
