For the first time in its 24-year history, the Intelligent Community Forum has honored a Vietnamese city with its top award, naming Binh Duong the 2023 Intelligent Community of the Year. Situated in the southern region, Binh Duong had previously earned the Smart21 Community title five times and had been listed among the Top7 three times since 2019. The title is expected to strengthen investors and businesses’ confidence in the locality, helping lure more foreign direct investment and high quality human resources, paving the way for its high technology service and industry development in the future.

The GBA is privileged to host an upcoming dialogue with the Binh Duong People’s Committee on Tuesday, March 19.
